Activating your account

If your care provider currently offers you access to Patient IO and they have invited you to use the platform, you will receive an email invitation to activate your account.

Click or tap the link in the email to activate your account. Once your account is activated, download the Patient IO app on your mobile device. The app is available for  Android and iOS devices. No smartphone? No problem! Simply use any device with a web browser and log in here.

Once you download the app, log in using the credentials you created when you activated the account.
